FLX Health

Developed by world experts in biomechanics, FLX Health uses algorithms from 4000+ patient data sets to improve movement to benefit musculoskeletal and biomechanical health.  Subjects screened using our APP are provided with an intelligent exercise programme to improve the way they move to:

  • Help them self-manage pain (proven up to 75% reduction in pain)

  • Prevent musculoskeletal disease and injury, and reduce absenteeism (proven 65% reduction)

  • Improve movement (proven to increase flexibility +149%, mobility +42% and function +95%)

Employers can track usage and patterns of musculoskeletal health on a dashboard that allows them to proactively manage issues and track compliance across their teams.

How FLX Works

Create a profile and choose our Pain Program to help you self-manage pain, or Biomechanics Program to protect against musculoskeletal problems or injury.

Pain Program

Self-manage Your Pain

Select a part of your body that is experiencing pain, answer some questions to check you are suitable to use the program, you will then receive a 6-step physical therapy routine to help with the pain.

Each step provides exercises and self-help tips to address your pain.  FLX will progress you to the next level when you are ready.

Biomechanics Program

Help prevent musculoskeletal disease and injury

FLX takes you through simple tests to detect problems with your biomechanics that could lead to musculoskeletal problems and pain if left unmanaged.  You then receive a personalised 12-week physical therapy routine to address the issues.  FLX re-screens you weekly to learn what is working for you and adjusts the program accordingly.

Repeat the program regularly to maintain your musculoskeletal health.
